Klick Hotel - Milan

Klick Hotel is a small family(?)-run hotel that occupies one floor of an office building. For someone that only needs a room to sleep it is perfect. It is very close to the stazione centrale, and the rooms though small are clean and comfortable. The staff is chinese, so if you speak chinese this could be helpful. Important to note that the hotel has absolutely no facilities other than the rooms, but the surrounding area provides plenty of convenient options for meals.

The heating in our room was stuck. Outside was -6 degrees, but inside it felt like 30 degrees.

No internet. First we had internet, second night we had no internet and we moved to another hotel. Girl who worked at night could reset the modem.

Klick Hotel was very conveniently located near the Central Train Station in Milan. Contrary to what I had read in reviews, it was not hard to find. It is small but the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very good, and the free wifi worked well. The staff were excellent: they could not have been nicer or more helpful

I like the location. It is 5min walk to the Centrale station. This is good if you need to travel to the Malpensa Airport in the next morning. The hotel rate w/o BF is value for money.

The pillow is very thin which makes me feel uncomfortable. I have asked for extra pillow and the hotel staff told me no more pillow available that night. It was unbelievable! As such, I have to use my winter jacket to thicken the pillow.

Why does it have only 1 star? Still a mystery for me. This "hidden treasure" of a hotel is perfect for those traveling by train, as it is right across the street from Stazione Centrale (Milan Central Station). Our room was very clean, quite spacious and the bed very comfortable (we found the room exactly as shown in photos here). I really recommend this hotel, it is a great value for the money!

After the whole week with Italia-old-style hotel (which are small rooms, old carpet and furnitures, high price), I found Klick hotel is extremely excellent. 1. Location is very close to the train station. 2. I think it's quite new so the room furnish is very modern and high standard!!! 3. free wifi, of course. 4. The staff spoke good English and very helpful. Most of all, the view. Our room has the view of the train station which is fabulous. This is our most favourite hotel during the whole trip in Italy. Would definitely recommend this.

Nice hotel... Very small, simple, but modern and clean. Staff were ok. Great position: 5 minutes on foot to station.

The view from the room was of the main building of the central station and it was awesome. The room was extremely beautiful, the furniture all new and the bathroom big and fully equiped. Working internet and a food menu from a restaurant with good prices with delivery within 20 minutes which I thought was really a great idea.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night and was pretty disappointed. When we made our reservations it was important that we had wifi for our business. This hotel claimed to have wifi but it only was available if you sat in the hallway. You could not get the signal in the room. Also, what we found odd was that the hotel was on the 7th floor of a business building.

Good price, good location, clean room with excellent desighn and furniture, wonderful wiew.

When I want to check in they told me that I cancel my reservation however there was a nice girl she take care of it and smile the whole time

This hotel was close the the Milan Station which is why we chose it. Other than this there wasn't man positives!

Do not stay here! The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The air conditioning didn't work in our room and the shower was leaking +++. There were two of us in the room and they bought breakfast for only one person!
